Need some time off running? Just don’t stop everything!
How is your routine going? If you struggle with motivation and training, there is nothing wrong with having a few days off. You can even take a full week off running if you like, as long as you can do another sport daily to keep your fitness base and endurance up. Take it off road
Is the training routine coming back? Routine is not always a good thing, even for training, but it is an important part of your training in the winter when it is harder to get out the door to train because of the weather, lack of motivation, lack of training partner.
