Hot lemon drink

If you’ve got the sniffles or a sore, scratchy throat this hot lemon drink is just what you need!

Serves 3-4


  • 4 lemons, sliced
  • 3 cups water
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey


  1. Place water in a saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Allow to steep for about 20 minutes, and then pour liquid into a glass or mug.
