Fudgy Protein Brownies

These fudgy protein brownies are not only delicious and super easy to make, but are also high in protein and free of refined sugar

  • 1 cup ripe banana, mashed
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ½ cup Synd X protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Nature Sweet
  • ½ cup crushed walnuts


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Mash banana separately first, then combine all other ingredients, adding walnuts last. Stir until well combined.
  3. Transfer batter to lined pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until top is firm.
  4. Remove brownies from oven and let them cool completely before slicing and serving.
  5. Store brownies in airtight container in fridge. They will keep well for up to 5 days.
