Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe banana, mashed
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- ½ cup Synd X protein powder
- 2 tbsp Nature Sweet
- ½ cup crushed walnuts
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Mash banana separately first, then combine all other ingredients, adding walnuts last. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer batter to lined pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until top is firm.
- Remove brownies from oven and let them cool completely before slicing and serving.
- Store brownies in airtight container in fridge. They will keep well for up to 5 days.
