Spicy sesame sprout chips

Delicious crispy and spicy low carb chips made with Brussels sprouts. This recipe is quick and easy to make.

  • 12 Brussels sprouts
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp ground sea salt
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line or grease a baking tray.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients (excluding sprouts).
  3. Cut the bottom off the sprouts and peel off each leaf individually and add to the bowl with the oil dressing. Toss the leaves until they are well coated.
  4. Transfer sprout leaves to the baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes or until crisp.
  5. Serve warm while they are still crispy. Enjoy!
