  • 2 cups cashews
  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 1 cup raw cacao
  • ¼ cup  Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)


  1. Place everything (except raspberries) into your blender or food processor and blend until it is a smooth consistency
  2. Add raspberries, blending until raspberries are just mixed through
  3. Transfer batter into a 23 cm slice tin lined with baking paper
  4. Put in freezer for at least 30 minutes, slice and enjoy!
