Rainbow salad bowl

This rainbow salad bowl is the perfect way to get more healthy veggies into your diet. Loaded with nutrients, flavour and colour!


  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • ½ yellow capsicum, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup rocket
  • ½ avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
  • ¼ red cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup red kidney beans
  • 40g Danish fetta, chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Arrange all ingredients in a bowl, drizzle over the olive oil and vinegar, and enjoy!
