Spring is only days away now. Are you still letting yourself down by not facing the real issues, by not resisting those excuses and temptations?

Anyone can fit in a bit of “me time” on a daily base. It comes back to commitment and a routine…So, you should be up to 10x 1min jog and 1 min walk by now?

Serious things are starting. I want you to keep the focus on warming up and warming down by doing a nice and easy walk. Reduce it to 10min and keep your focus on a 50min work out in total.

Your main set will now be 10x90sec easy jog x90sec easy walk. Keep the focus on going nice and slow. Breathe deeply, fill up your diaphragm, keep your shoulder and upper body relaxed but the main thing when you run is to lean forward enough to let yourself move forward so that you don’t fight gravity, but you run with it…

This is going to take you to 15min of running so one day I would go for a walk, then every second day I would include your running reps and decrease the walking by 5 sec and increase the running by 5 sec…

After two weeks, you’ll be up to 20min running or 10x2min jog with 1 min walk. Well done and now we are ready for a little test. Walk for 10min, run for 10min non stop and walk for 10min again…
