Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 apple, whole
  • 4 slices watermelon
  • 1 orange, some white pith on
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2.5cm slice raw beetroot
  • 2 cabbage leaves

Method

  1. Prepare ahead of time. Wash, trim and chop the produce and pass through the juicer.
  2. Drink 1 glass on retiring. Drink another glass in the morning upon waking.
