Chicken bone broth Serves 3 or more Ingredients 2 organic chicken carcasses 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 onion 3 stalks of celery 2 carrots 4 cloves garlic 2 tbsp whole peppercorns 1 tbsp turmeric 1 cup of fresh herbs 1 tsp kelp flakes Method Roughly chop the vegetables, leaving the peel on.
