Saccharo-what?! It’s a bit of a mouthful isn’t it? Saccharomyces Boulardii (SB) is a specific strain of probiotic yeast. There can be negative connotations attached to the word ‘yeast’ but I promise you- this is a good one!! SB can offer loads of health benefits, particularly to those suffering from gut problems.
