Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 cup unsweetened Greek or coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp of honey or 1/2 tsp Nature Sweet

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a blender with the blade attachment. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.

Note:
If you prefer a thicker frozen yoghurt, chill the yoghurt in the freezer for an hour before blending.
