Vegan choc orange bliss balls

These vegan choc bliss balls are easy to make and delicious, perfect for an on-the-go snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 10 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • ¼ cup cacao powder, plus extra for coating
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor until it forms a thick paste.
  2. Use your hands to roll into 10-12 evenly sized balls and coat with some cacao powder.
  3. Store in fridge for a couple of hours to harden.
