Spicy black bean dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp jalapenos, chopped
  • Dash of water

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more water until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
