Spiced seaweed crackers

Fancy a quick homemade snack? These spiced seaweed crackers are just the job. Very easy and simple to make, this recipe makes 16 crackers.

  • 2 tbsp Ocean Superfood Kelp
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • Small pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cracked sea salt
  • 3 tbsp  olive oil


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Allow to sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
  3. Spread the dough evenly on the tray, about ½ cm thick and score into cracker-sizes pieces with a knife.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
