Raspberry passionfruit smoothie

If you’re bored with your regular smoothie recipes, this raspberry passionfruit smoothie is zesty and delicious! Raspberries are a fantastic source of antioxidants – evident in their bright colour, which are fantastic for reducing inflammation in the body. Raspberries and passionfruit are both high in vitamin C, making this recipe particularly great for supporting your immune system. We’ve added nuts and seeds for healthy fats and to keep you full.

  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 10 almonds
  • 1 scoop Synd-X
  • 2 passionfruit pulp
  • ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup milk of choice


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Note: You can add ice to make it thicker.
