Peanut protein delights

If you are a lover of all things peanut butter, these peanut protein balls are sure to take your fancy. High in protein, these balls make a great post workout snack or afternoon treat to get you through till dinner time. For a dairy-free version, you can swap the Synd X powder for a pea protein powder, such as Superfood powder.

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup Synd X powder  or Superfood powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp molasses


  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Add additional coconut, Synd X or Superfood powder if the mixture seems too wet and sticky.
  3. Shape into balls and store in an airtight container.
