Nutty lemon bliss balls

Containing just six ingredients, these bliss balls are not only super easy and delicious, they are also healthy to boot.

Make 20 balls


  • 15 Medjool dates, seeds removed
  • 1 ½ cups, raw cashews
  • 1 ½ cups, raw almonds
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Juice of 1 lemon


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor, processing for 1-2 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides when needed until everything is well combined in a sticky mixture.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add a few tablespoons of extra desiccated coconut onto a separate plate. Slightly wet hands and use a tablespoon to form approx. 15 small balls, applying coconut evenly on all sides.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
