Mango passionfruit smoothie

  • Flesh of 1 mango
  • Pulp of 2 passionfruit
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 scoops Synd-X powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 handfuls of ice (or more if you prefer it really icy)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide between two glasses and drink immediately.
