Low-carb protein cookies
If you’re a fan of biscuits but not all the refined sugars and additives that come with them, these low-carb protein cookies are perfect for you. Containing 10 g of protein per cookie and just over 1 g of carbs, these cookies are great for people with insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, those wanting to lose weight and for curbing appetite.

- Preheat oven to 170°C and line a baking try.
- Mix all ingredients together to form a soft dough.
- Roll into small balls (10-12), place on tray and press with fork.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
