Indian style lamb cutlets

If you are a spice fan you’ll love these Indian-style, keto-friendly lamb cutlets! These are super easy to make and you can use the marinade for other types of meat such as chicken if you don’t have lamb cutlets on hand.

Ingredients

  • 6 lamb cutlets

Marinade

  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • 2-3 tbsp tandoori paste

Method

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients into a shallow, non-metallic dish. Add the lamb cutlets and coat in the marinade. Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Heat and then brush the grill with olive oil. Remove lamb cutlets from marinade and cook the cutlets for 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Serve with a side of vegetables, salad or rice.
