Dairy-free choc banana fudge

Banana lovers, this one’s for you. This dairy-free choc banana fudge is an easy recipe that comes together quickly.

  • 4 tbsp macadamia nut butter
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 very ripe banana


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Scrape the fudge into a lined baking tray and smooth it into an even layer.
  3. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 3 hours.
  4. When set, use a large sharp knife to cut the fudge into 12 cubes to serve.
