Chocolate nut butter

Spread over strawberries, apple slices or banana for a chocolatey treat.


  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ tsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp virgin coconut oil


  1. Preheat oven to 180’C and place nuts on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes to release the natural oils.
  2. Allow the nuts to cool and transfer to a food processor with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved and transfer to a glass jar.
  4. Store in the fridge.
