Chocolate fibre pudding

Serves 1


  • 2 tbsp Fibretone powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp honey or ¼ tsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute
  • Berries or banana for topping


  1. Mix all ingredients (other than the toppings) together.
  2. Allow to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or overnight to thicken up.
  3. Serve chilled and top with berries, banana or other fruit of choice.
