Ingredients
- 1 cup of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp Synd X protein powder
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- ¼ tsp Nature Sweet (optional)
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
