Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp Synd X protein powder
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • ¼ tsp Nature Sweet (optional)

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend and serve with ice.
