Ingredients

  • 200g of cleaned uncooked (green) prawns
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 handful chopped parsley and mint
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp cold pressed olive oil

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Stir through and leave refrigerated for at least 1 hour.
  2. BBQ or grill prawns until cooked.
