The perfect smoothie for when you want something healthy and sweet with a chocolatey overlay. This banana cacao smoothie is high in potassium, dietary fibre, antioxidants and good fats to support muscle growth, aid digestion, enhance nutrient absorption and protect against free radicals.

- 1 banana, fresh or frozen
- 1 scoop Ultimate Gut Health powder
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp nut butter (almond, peanut or macadamia)
- 2 tsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (to top)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- Cacao nibs, to top (optional)
- Toss all ingredients into blender, blending on high until smooth.
