Apple cinnamon overnight oats

This apple cinnamon overnight oats recipe is high calorie, high fat and high protein making it perfect for a post-work out meal or to fuel you through a busy morning. Oats are very satiating and are rich in B vitamins – these are required for neurotransmitter synthesis which are needed to stabilise mood and aid concentration.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Ultimate Superfood powder
  • 1 tsp natural honey
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ diced apple
  • ½ cup coconut milk

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar, bowl or container and mix well.
  2. Transfer to the fridge to set overnight.
