Give up on the short term mindset

GET FIT & MEAN IT! with World Champion Kate Bramley

If you have been following this blog regularly you would have picked up some tips on staying motivated to exercise. These healthy habits should now change from something you do to something that’s a part of your personality. For example are you training to look fit for a big event such as a wedding or are you training because you enjoy it each day/week?

How do you achieve this?

  1. Pick one or two activities you love
  2. Join a local group or team up with some friends
  3. Choose participation or race events to complete
  4. Commit to participating in the activity at least twice per week over a 6-12 month+ period
  5. Connect with like minded people in a group, online etc.
  6. Have fun
