  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • ¼ cup freshly roasted pecans
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grated daikon (white) radish (use carrot if unavailable)

  • ¼ cup coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
