Berry smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup berries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 3 tbsp quinoa flakes
  • Dash water

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
  2. Serve chilled.
