Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Salsa

  • 2 avocados, diced into 1 cm cubes
  • 4 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • juice of one lime

Method

  1. Preheat frying pan to medium heat.
  2. Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, combine ground cumin, ground paprika and pepper. Spread generously over the salmon fillets.
  4. Cook salmon on grill (over direct heat) for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Combine all salsa ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Serve one piece of salmon with the avocado salsa on the side.
  7. Enjoy!
