Nut butter protein bars
These nut butter protein bars are perfect to keep in the fridge for breakfasts or for snacks when you need something tasty and satisfying.

- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick to process, add a dash of water.
- Transfer mixture to a lined baking tray, pressing the mixture down firmly and evenly. Add optional chopped nuts or chocolate and then transfer to freezer to set.
