Keto hazelnut and coconut fudge

This keto hazelnut and coconut fudge is a delicious alternative to traditional fudge which is packed full of sugar! If you’re following a low-carb diet and have a craving for fudge, this recipe will satisfy your cravings. Hazelnuts are a fantastic source of vitamin E and studies have shown that they can help to improve insulin sensitivity and reduce inflammation. You can use any type of nut butter in this recipe if you don’t have hazelnuts on hand.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups natural hazelnut butter
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp Nature Sweet

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. You may need to heat the ingredients to soften them.
  2. Pour mixture into a dish lined with waxed paper and place in the freezer. Once frozen, cut into squares.

Note: Best served frozen.
