1 cup Kombucha (Kombucha can also distributed into ice cubes and frozen chill smoothie)
1 Tablespoon of Lucuma Powder – or Macca is optional
Handful of Kale
Handful of Spinach
1 heaped Tablespoon of Spirulina
Optional (Cubes of Ice if Kombucha cubes are not used.)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend all ingredients until you are happy with consistency!
