Ingredients
- 12 Brussels sprouts
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp ground sea salt
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line or grease a baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients (excluding sprouts).
- Cut the bottom off the sprouts and peel off each leaf individually and add to the bowl with the oil dressing. Toss the leaves until they are well coated.
- Transfer sprout leaves to the baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes or until crisp.
- Serve warm while they are still crispy. Enjoy!
