Your order will be delivered by Australian Post and will be dispatched within 3 business days. Please make sure your shipping address,  phone number and email are full and complete. The phone number or email  may be used to contact you in case the mail carriers have problems delivering your order. Cabot Health is not to be held liable for any losses incurred by you.

Returns & Replacements

Please choose your products carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can return Cabot Health products within 30 days. Please note: only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in its original factory-sealed container for refund.

You can choose between a refund (excluding postage paid), exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.

You have to pay shipping costs to return the goods to Cabot Health
