Each Tablet contains:
Herbal extract equiv. to dry: Silybum marianum (St Mary’s thistle) fruit    equivalent flavonolignans calculated as silybin	17.5g 200mg
Nutrients:
Taurine	500mg
Selenium (as selenomethionine)	50mcg

Directions for use

Adults take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
