Thyroid hormones help to regulate the metabolic rate, which is the rate at which food calories are burned. The mineral iodine is required for the production of thyroid hormones. Selenium is required to convert thyroid hormone into the more active form (T3). Vitamin D and parathyroid hormone maintain normal blood calcium levels.

Thyroid health capsules contain efficient doses of iodine, selenium and vitamin D to support thyroid gland function.

Zinc is required for the binding of thyroid hormones to receptors inside cells.  Therefore optimum zinc is essential in the body for the activation of thyroid hormones.

Directions for use

Adults take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.  This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.  A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
