To help you stay motivated, think of the following:1. It's not that hard to improve your liver, as it has been designed by nature to respond well to your good efforts even after considerable abuse! Of all the organs in your body, the liver is most able to repair and regenerate itself. Once your liver function improves, your metabolism should speed up, which will improve fat burning.
2. Understand your mind - as Mick Jagger said "I can't get no satisfaction" and that could explain why you are eating so much sugar and carbohydrates to fill up an "empty hole inside". This also explains why some of us drink and smoke excessively trying to get the satisfaction we need. There are relaxation and meditation techniques to still the mind. These techniques can make us feel centred, in control, peaceful and satisfied.
